Hi guys, sorry it’s been a while since I’ve been able to post.

With the Modern Media Man Summit now almost a month away, things here in the office are spinning like crazy.  There have been some great conferences calls with our speakers, and I’ve found time to be reading some of the books the other guys have written.

The one I’m going through right now is Jim Kukral’s book, “ATTENTION: This book will make you money.” This is one of those books that I like to read with a pen in my hand.  But since, for this week at least, it’s not available in bookstores, I was able to get a copy of it on my Barnes and Noble Nook.  I got the book Saturday and I’m more than half way through it already.

Jim has some great ideas.  I’ve been copying many of them down in the form of notes in my everywhere-I-go there’s my notebook.

Today, Jim and I are going to talk about some ways to gin up more attention for M3.  I’m so weighed down at the moment in details to help make the event happen, it’s hard to keep all the cats in front of me.

I’m making some changes in what I’m doing with Claxton Creative.  Those announcements will come soon.  I’ve learned some important lessons about how to do Website design projects in the past few weeks.  A post on that will appear over there.

And then I ask for your prayers for me, for my three daughters who now have been moved more than 30 miles away from me which is going to very negatively affect when I can see them and already has, for Kari and her kids, and for some friends of mine who are continuing to struggle: Veronica, in her recovery from a near-death experience, and Marshall, who still is trying to get his daughter brought back from Mexico.

Please keep us all lifted up.  And if you share some prayer needs here, I’ll make sure we’re reciprocating.
